Mrs Barbara Nice is the comedy creation of Janice Connolly. Barbara is your average Stockport housewife who given up the domestic bliss of Tupperware and Poundstretcher shops for the unpredictabilty of the comedy world. No audience is too rowdy for her to handle - she's already raised five teenagers. With the affectionate attitude of a playgoup leader at a wild Iggy Pop concert, Barbara is guaranteed to warm the heart of any audience. She starred in Pheonix Nights and has recently supported both Johnny Vegas and Peter Kay,
Juggler, balancer and purveyor of preposterous and unlikely skills, Mr Herbert (Zoot) has been performing nationally and internationally for over 20 years. His shows are funny, friendly and presented with wit, charm and a certain fumbling grace.
I am a song and dance man. (I don’t dance as much as I used to though.)
I am also spearheading an anti-dog excrement campaign which has the slogan, “There’s an excessive amount of dog fouling about – Billy Button says Stamp it out!” (Bag it up – would have been better.)
Unfortunately the campaign isn’t going very well. There’s still alot of it about.
Nevermind. I sense a wind of change.
